Assignment 2 Public

1/30
F27
ISO 1600

Through this project I hoped to blur the lines between what is private and public by exploring the concept of property. By sneakily entering the bounds of what was assumably private property, I photographed what is often visible to the public. I found it interesting the great care some people put into their backyards, probably for the eye of the public as well as their own pleasure, but then cased them off from the world behind great fences and walls.

The sun was setting when many of these were shot, so I was forced to use a higher ISO, giving these photos a grainy look I'm not entirely pleased with.
